Mozart and More with the DSO – Grosse Pointe Woods

Violinist Maria Loudenitch breathes new life into Mozart’s “Turkish” Violin Concerto, as the DSO (led by conductor, François López-Ferrer) performs two Mozart favorites. The “Linz” symphony is Mozart in his spot-on form. Carlos Simon’s Fate Now Conquers will open the evening with a musical representation of the fickleness of fate, inspired by Ludwig van Beethoven.  A part of the DSO In Your Neighborhood series.
