Blue Water Sports Hall of Fame: Nathan Manis, Port Huron Northern Varsity Baseball Coach

Nathan Manis played college baseball and was an all-region 12 first-team shortstop at Owens Community College in Ohio for two years. He was then recruited as a shortstop by Wayne State University but played a total of six positions for another two years.

Nathan started coaching at Port Huron Northern High School in 2015 and has stepped into a bigger role as Head Coach for the Varsity Baseball Team.

Ron asks Nathan about coaching High School Baseball. If kids are still interested in playing sports? Also, how young athletes should prepare for college baseball.
