Kathleen grew up in Kenosha, Wisconsin, and joined the Navy after graduating from High School. Upon leaving the Navy, she worked for a NASA Tracking Station in Guam during the time of the Apollo-Soyuz missions. She pursued her education after leaving the Navy while working for Government Contractors in Maryland, Virginia, Florida, and England. Kathleen has been married to Joseph Britton for 32 years. “We met in Florida, married in Virginia, have a house in Maine, and returned to Joe’s home in Michigan a few years ago. “Kathleen plays the cello, and enjoys knitting, cooking, and helping others.
