The preamble for the United States does not confer any privileges or rights on any individuals or states. It clearly expresses the principles that follow in the United States Constitution. Courts do not interpret the Preamble as giving individual rights to anyone.
Preamble: We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United State of America.
There are two words in the Preamble that explicitly state the value for life. They are justice and welfare. Without justice then there is no need for laws. Without welfare then there is no need for concerns about the well-being of people. The questions then become: “Is it justice to take a defenseless person’s life and call it a choice? Is welfare promoted when a baby is torn apart and murdered to obtain its body parts for money?

Who creates life? When does life begin?
A man knows when a seed is planted in soil life begins. As the earth nourishes the seed it grows to fruition. (Ref: Genesis 1: 11-12) So it is with God’s gift of life.
“The Lord God formed the man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being.
”For you created my inmost being: you knit me together in my mother’s womb.”
Hippocrates (460-377 B. C.) and Aristotle (384-322 B.B.) wrote about the development of chick embryo. And Leonardo da Vinci drew pictures of the dissected pregnant uterus which had errors. Over the centuries there have been different theories and experiments on invertebrates that formed the basis for the science of developmental biology. In 1839 the cell theory of Schleiden and Schwann gave way to the realization that a spermatozoon fuses with an oocyte (egg) and forms a zygote which we know as an embryo which starts dividing into cells and tissue.
From the moment of conception, all subsequent development of the baby is a fait accompli. After conception there is no subsequent action that is held in arbitration or abeyance by the mother nor is there a second action needed by the father. The baby’s development is a continuum in which overlapping stages blend into one being a baby.
The facts below declare that the life of a human being (baby) begins with fertilization. The science of embryonic has virtually every human embryologist and major textbook of human embryology state that fertilization marks the beginning and continuum of life. The gestation period of a human being shows the formation of the baby.
Life begins at conception when a sperm penetrates an egg. At that moment the sex of the baby is determined and the genetic makeup is complete. The fertilized egg starts dividing into many cells very fast within three days.
At four weeks of development of the face, neck, heart, blood vessels continue to develop and the development of lungs, stomach, and liver begin.
At eight weeks the arms and legs are well formed while the eyelids and ears are forming. The tip of the nose is now visible.
At twelve weeks the sex organs become clear and the mother can feel the baby starting to move.
At sixteen weeks the baby’s heart and blood vessels are fully formed and the baby can blink its eyes. Also, the fingerprints and toe prints are present.
At twenty weeks the baby’s movement can be felt by the mother. The baby can yawn, stretch, suck a thumb and make faces.
At twenty-four weeks the baby’s inner ear is fully developed and responds to sound by moving or increasing its pulse.
At twenty-eight weeks the baby changes positions often and weighs about two pounds, six ounces. If there is a premature birth at this stage the baby has a good chance for survival.
By thirty-two weeks the baby weights about four pounds with layers of fat forming under the skin making wrinkles disappear and is getting to be a mover.
At thirty-six weeks the baby is about 18.5 inches and weighs about 6 pounds. The lungs are almost developed and the brain has been developing rapidly. If the baby is born between 37-39 weeks it is considered an early term baby.
At 39-40 weeks the baby is considered at term (as scheduled). A late-term baby is born between 41-42 weeks. ( Ref: Web Med )
As the baby grows in the womb, the mother’s system nourishes the baby until birth occurs.
Who has the right to abort a defenseless baby’s life?
The woman? The doctor? The man involved? No one! The right to privacy is not in the Constitution. Therefore, privacy cannot be used as an excuse. The argument a woman has the right to control her own body is true until another life is involved. There are many birth control methods including tubal litigation she can choose to prevent a pregnancy. The intelligent choice is not to engage in activity that results in unwanted desires. In other words, do not play with fire or you will get burned.
What are the excuses given for aborting a baby?
In surveys, there were multiple excuses that women could choose for having an abortion. It is truly amazing that very few specified health, rape or incest as the excuse. The majority chose multiple reasons proving abortion really is another form of birth control. The following are just a few of the excuses:
- Having a baby would dramatically change my life (education, career, dependents)
- Can’t afford a baby now (unmarried, child care, on welfare, unemployed)
- Don’t want to be a single mother or having relationship problems (abusive, breakup)
- Don’t feel mature enough to raise a child /another child
- Parents, husband or partner wants the abortion
What are the psychological effects on women and their relationships with others after an abortion? Breakups in relationships are common even if the relationship was stable. If a child is coerced into an abortion most likely the relationship between the parents and child will be damaged. The safety of living siblings can be at risk for abuse. Secrets about pasts abortions create a barrier in relationships, anxiety, uncomfortable feelings in intimacy, lower self-esteem, and promiscuous behavior. The women will do self-destructive acts that take the form of eating disorders, recklessness, inflicting self-injuries, heavy smoking, and substance abuse. Half of the women report having suicidal thoughts and twenty-eight percent do attempt suicide. In the end, the women are left on their own to deal with their regrets, pain, doubts, and questions.
What happens to the baby during an abortion?
Abortion is torturous, evil, cruel, uncivilized but most of all immoral. The baby suffers as its body is torn apart and body parts are sold on the block of greed. People without conscience will eventually destroy themselves and their country. Abortion is so putrid that I can only refer you, the reader to websites “NRL”, “All American Life League” and “Grantham Collection” for actual proof of the evil of abortion.
There you will find the instruments of horror that inflict pain and suffering on the victims of infanticide known as murder. In addition, there are pictures showing the extreme evil of abortions. As the United States devalues life and ignores the scream for life, they have now surpassed some of the “Killing Fields” in the past. Because people ignore history, history repeats itself. Hitler killed 18,500,000 million directly, through slave labor and experimentation on prisoners. Mao Zedong killed an estimated 60,000,000 people for opposing him, bad policy and starvation. Stalin killed an estimated 20,000,000 people for opposing communism, poor policies and he hated freedom for others. The preceding numbers are approximate from what could be retrieved from records that were kept.
Representative Greg Heartsill gave an impassioned speech for his support of a “Personhood Amendment” 2015 February 2nd. In his speech, he stated that since 1973, 50,000,000 babies have been aborted. Today that number is closer to 60,000,000. In my opinion, since the wrongful decision by the Supreme Court in 1973, the United States has taken the lead in the “Killing Fields”.
In the year of 1973, in my opinion, the following delirious members of United States Supreme Court (Blackmun, Burger, Douglas, Brennan, Stewart, Marshall and Powell) took upon themselves to stretch the fourth amendment that states, “nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process.” There is no mention of privacy. Is a woman denied life, liberty or property if she is denied an abortion? No, she is living after she did not control her body and got pregnant, she still has her liberty and property and is not involved since a human being is not considered property. The rest of the sentence states, “nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.” Is there equal protection of the laws for babies in the womb? No, the babies are denied the status of human beings all for the convenience of two people that participated in carelessness and self-satisfying action. Then money vultures move in after the murder of the innocent. That 1973 decision was the beginning of the “Killing Fields in America”.
Twenty-seven years later in 2000 Justice Kennedy wrote in his dissent to the United States Supreme Court’s Stenberg v. Carhart decision the following:
“ He observed that in D&E dismemberment abortions, “The fetus, in many cases, dies just as a human adult or child would: It bleeds to death as it is torn limb from limb. The fetus can be alive at the beginning of the dismemberment process and can survive for a time while its limbs are being torn off.” Justice Kennedy added in the Court’s 2007 opinion in Gonzales v. Carhart that D&E abortions are “laden with the power to devalue human life…”
That warning is now a scream that is heard around the world, the “Killing Fields” of the United States.
What does God say about the unborn?
Exodus 21:22-25, “If men who are fighting hit a pregnant woman and she gives birth prematurely, but there is no serious injury, the offender must be fined whatever the woman’s husband demands and the court allows. But if there is a serious injury, you are to take life for life, eye for an eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot, burn for burn, wound for wound, bruise for bruise.”
Genesis 9:6, “Whoever sheds the blood of man, by man shall his blood be shed; for in the image of God has God made man.
Exodus 20:13, “You shall not murder.”
Genesis 1:27-28, “ God created man in his own image, In the image of God he created him; Male and female he created them. 28 God blessed them and said to them be fruitful and increase number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish of the sea and the birds in the air and over every living creature that moves on the ground.
In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth and everything in it. God is the giver of life. Whose precepts and laws will you follow?
Now is the time for a decision. Will we be a nation of love for life and protect the innocent babies or will we continue to lead in the “Killing Fields?”
What is your decision? Will it be to support life to the fullest from conception to the natural end of life? Or will you turn away and be silent?
I choose life.
