Vote for Livingston Daily Athlete of the Week (May 18-23, 2026)

With this being Memorial Day weekend, the Livingston Daily Athlete of the Week poll is posting a day earlier to ensure there’s enough time to vote before the usual 3 p.m. Wednesday deadline.

Vote early, vote often. The poll ends at 3 p.m. Wednesday, May 27.

Michael Bernardi, Hartland baseball: Bernardi pitched a three-hit shutout, as the Eagles beat Novi 1-0 in the KLAA championship game.

Ella Heffner, Charyl Stockwell track and field: Heffner won the 1,600-meter run in 5 minutes, 32.14 seconds and the 800 in 2:28.99 at the MIAC championships. She won her fourth regional championship in the 800 four days earlier. 

Aidan Oake, Hartland golf: Oake shot 34 to finish as medalist in a match against Brighton and 37 to take first in a match against Howell.

Joey Skocylas, Brighton lacrosse: Skoczylas scored six goals and one assist during a 15-5 regional semifinal victory over Northville.

Addison Wroblewski, Pinckney softball: Wroblewski went 7-for-8 and drove in seven runs in a doubleheader sweep of Stockbridge, moving into the Livingston County batting lead with a .485 average.
