SpaceX Starlink launch Thursday morning to kick off string of 5 Florida launches within 8 days
SpaceX is targeting a Falcon 9 rocket launch on Thursday, Sept. 18, from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station — sparking a succession of five launches within an eight-day span on Florida’s Space Coast.
Thursday’s morning launch window extends from 5:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at Launch Complex 40. The Falcon 9 will deploy 28 satellites, expanding Starlink’s global network of nearly 8,400 internet-beaming satellites in low-Earth orbit.

NASA Northrop Grumman resupply mission faces delay in reaching space station
A delivery headed for astronauts on the space station has been delayed.
Launched at 6:11 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 14, fromLaunch Complex 40 in Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, the Northrop Grumman Cygnus XL cargo spacecraft was set to dock to the International Space Station Wednesday morning with more than 11,000 pounds of supplies and science.

When will Cygnus cargo spacecraft reach ISS? What we know about resupply mission
A cargo spacecraft is back on course to dock at the International Space Station after an issue with its main engine delayed it in orbit for about a day.
NASA and Northrop Grumman had delayed the arrival of a Cygnus XL spacecraft to the orbital outpost after an issue with its main engine was detected. In a bit of good news, though, flight engineers were able to determine that it wasn’t a major anomaly that hampered the vehicle’s journey, but rather a safeguard the Cygnus spacecraft triggered on its own.
