Da’Ron Parks is one of the last uncommitted blue-chip offensive linemen in the 2026 recruiting cycle, but that will change on Saturday afternoon. The Nitro, West Virginia, product is set to announce his commitment, and the Florida State Seminoles are a finalist.
They have plenty of competition, though. He is also considering the Ohio State Buckeyes, Auburn Tigers, and Kentucky Wildcats. This is a recruitment the Seminoles need to win after they missed out on several of their other offensive tackle targets.
While they have three offensive linemen committed in Mike Ionata, Jakobe Green, and Luke Francis, they are all expected to play along the interior of the line, and Herb Hand needs to add a tackle. That is exactly what they are recruiting Parks to do.
Here’s everything you need to know about his recruitment before he commits later Saturday.
Decision Time
Parks is scheduled to make his commitment on Saturday, July 26, at 4:30 p.m. ET.

His Recruitment
The Seminoles have been recruiting Parks for quite some time, offering him a scholarship on June 23, 2023, the same day he unofficially visited Tallahassee. He has taken multiple visits since then, including for an official visit on June 13, 2025, his second visit to FSU of the year.

My Pick: FSU Seminoles
The Seminoles desperately need to add an offensive tackle to their 2026 recruiting class, and Parks is one of their last available options, despite some recruiting services listing him as an interior prospect. Ohio State and Auburn can never be ruled out, but FSU needs to land Parks and should get it done.
