My Favorite Brunette was released on March 19th, 1947. The film was directed by Elliott Nugent and starred Hollywood icons, Bob Hope and Dorothy Lamour. Bing Crosby also made a special appearance in the film.
Hope stars as Ronnie Jackson, a wannabe private detective. Jackson is confused for a detective by Lamour’s character, Carlotta Montay. She hires him to do some investigative work, and he eventually finds himself on death row. What the film above to find out how that came about!
