Hi-Noon is forming an evening Toastmasters club! Join them for a FREE demonstration meeting. All guests are welcome.
What is Toastmasters? “We provide a supportive and positive learning experience in which members are empowered to develop communication and leadership skills, resulting in greater self-confidence and personal growth.” Toastmasters International.
Toastmasters is a place to build confidence, sharpen leadership skills, and practice and enhance your public speaking ability (or lack thereof). A number of local professionals from a variety of backgrounds and occupations have found the Hi-Noon Toastmasters club in particular to be a safe atmosphere for finding their voice and meeting other members of the community. “Being a part of Toastmasters helped me transition into a new career field. Although I was not new to speaking in front of large groups, I found I lacked the poise to express myself in a clear, concise way. They helped me to polish these areas and encouraged me to set out and try new things. I also met several interesting people and heard informative speeches on a number of topics. I highly recommend this organization for those in transition or those who are new to our Blue Water Area.” Karrie Beck, Hi-Noon Toastmasters

They are hosting an open house at the Hampton Inn at 1655 Yeager, St. Port Huron, MI 48060 Tuesday, October 17th at 6:45 PM.
