*** New location this year! ***
International Flag Plaza at the Blue Water Bridge, Port Huron
Join us for an Earth Day mini-event at the International Flag Plaza near the Blue Water Bridge in Port Huron! Earth Day is observed across the world by billions of people each year on April 22. This Human-Chain formation event is centered on creating awareness among people about the vulnerability and status of our water resources. This family-friendly, 22-minute event will begin with a brief discussion about Earth Day and water and then participants will link arms for a few minutes to demonstrate the connectivity of all humans by the substance of all life – water.
Our Canadian Friends will be across the river celebrating at the same time, so wear bright colors and bring a flag or scarf to wave at them!
